How the pickup works

Agree with the seller
Pickup day, address, dimensions and weight. Ask about the heaviest single piece.

Book
You enter the seller's address as the pickup and choose the size. You pay, not the seller.

Pass on the number
You send the seller the 10-digit tracking number. They can check it with us.

Pick up and deliver
We pick up from the seller and bring it to you safely.
For sellers: how to check a booking
You're selling something and the buyer is sending a VEMO courier? Then you don't have to pay or register anything. You just hand the item over to our driver.
You can check whether the booking is genuine at vemo-logistik.de/sendungsverfolgung. You need two pieces of information:
- the 10-digit tracking number the buyer gives you,
- the postcode of the pickup, i.e. your own.
If both match, you'll see “genuine booking, pickup on …” with the date. We don't show you anything more, so that none of the buyer's data ends up with strangers.
Payment for the item is sorted out directly between the two of you. Our drivers don't collect or hand over any money.
How to recognise us, and how to spot fraudsters
- Only the buyer books and pays. The seller never pays anything, not even “insurance” or a “fee”.
- We never send sellers a payment link and never ask for card details.
- Our emails only come from addresses ending in @vemo-logistik.de.
- Every genuine booking can be checked with the tracking number and postcode at vemo-logistik.de/sendungsverfolgung .
If anyone asks the seller for money or card details in our name, it's fraud. Break off contact. How the courier scam works
Which size should you choose?
What matters is the heaviest and largest single piece.
LARGE (L)
up to 40 kg
Up to 120 × 80 × 60 cm. Bedside table, small chest of drawers, chair, monitor, several boxes of odds and ends. One person carries.
BULKY (XL)
over 40 kg
Large and bulky items: washing machine, fridge, sofa, wardrobe, Euro pallet. We always come as a team of two, depending on the dimensions with a cargo bike and Zemmi trailer or with the electric van.

Only you as the buyer. You pay when booking, by direct debit or prepayment (prepayment not available for “Same day” and “Direct”). The seller never pays anything and never enters card details anywhere.
No. Our drivers don't collect or hand over any money. You sort out payment for the item directly with the seller, ideally before the pickup.
At vemo-logistik.de/sendungsverfolgung they enter the 10-digit tracking number and the pickup postcode. If the booking is genuine, they see “genuine booking, pickup on …”.
Then the driver can't take it safely. So ask about dimensions and weight beforehand. From 40 kg per item, book Bulky items (XL), and two people will come.
