You don't need a car or a friend with a van. We pick up in Bonn and Cologne and bring it where it needs to go. You see the price before booking, otherwise you get a quote within 2 hours on working days.

Right on time for the birthday: with “Fixed slot” on your chosen day in a 3-hour window, or a 1-hour window on request.
Forgotten items
Keys, laptop or documents in the wrong place? With “Direct” in 60–90 minutes, within Bonn.
Kleinanzeigen purchases
Bought it, but no car? You book, we pick it up from the seller. How the pickup works
Single pieces of furniture
Chest of drawers, armchair, washing machine or sofa. Over 40 kg there are always two people. Furniture transport
Which size do you need?
Choose the size based on the largest and heaviest item.

From size L, we'll carry things to upper floors without a lift on request. You book that and a second person as extras; the price is shown in the booking.

Book
Enter addresses, size and speed. Book straight away at a fixed price, or request a quote.

Pay
By direct debit (SEPA) or prepayment via bank transfer. Prepayment isn't available for “Same day” and “Direct”.

Track
You and the recipient get a link to the shipment and can see when the driver is coming.

Delivered safely
We hand it over in person. You and the recipient see live when we arrive.

Yes, in your customer account at vemo-logistik.de/konto. What a cancellation costs is set out in our terms and conditions.
No. All that matters is that someone at the pickup address hands over the shipment, for example the seller or a neighbour.
Then you choose: a new delivery attempt or return to sender, each at half the price of the trip. Or you collect the shipment free of charge from our depot at Brühler Straße 30 in Bonn.
Not at the moment. We deliver Monday to Friday, not in the evenings or on Saturdays.
