Which piece of furniture fits which size?
You choose based on the heaviest single item, not the total.
LARGE (L)
up to 40 kg
Up to 120 × 80 × 60 cm. Bedside table, chair, small shelf, small chest of drawers. One person carries; you can add a second.
BULKY (XL)
over 40 kg
Large and bulky items: washing machine, fridge, sofa, wardrobe, bed frame, Euro pallet. We always come as a team of two, depending on the dimensions with a cargo bike and Zemmi trailer or with the electric van.
Carrying, floors, second person
Over 40 kg per item we always come as a team of two. This applies automatically to Bulky items (XL), so nobody carries heavy loads alone.
Carrying without a lift: From size L, we also carry to upper floors for private customers. You add this as an extra per floor. If there's a lift, you don't need it.
Second person: You can also add a second person for lighter but bulky items.

What we don't do
We don't offer complete house moves, furniture assembly or disposal. We don't take anything apart or put anything together.
Have more than a few large items, or something unusual? Then write to us or request a quote in the booking. You'll get it by email within 2 hours on working days, free and without obligation.
How to prepare for the transport
- Measure the piece of furniture, doors and stairwell.
- Empty drawers and compartments.
- For washing machines: fit the transit bolts, drain the water.
- Tell us whether there's a lift.

The price depends on size, distance from pickup, speed and extras such as floors. You don't pay for the trip from our depot. If the booking doesn't show a fixed price, you get a quote within 2 hours on working days.
Whenever a single item weighs more than 40 kg, i.e. for Bulky items (XL). For lighter items, you can add a second person.
Yes. Without a lift, you book the “Carrying without a lift” extra per floor, from size L.
We are liable for goods worth up to 500 euros at no extra charge. For more valuable items, you can get cover of up to 5,000 euros per shipment for a surcharge.
